  • Do you offer refunds?

    Website Design Services

    – Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided no design work has begun.
    – Once design work has started, refunds are not provided.
    – We will clearly communicate when design work begins to ensure there is no confusion.

    Hosting and Maintenance Services

    – Hosting fees are refundable within Hostinger’s 30-day money-back guarantee period, provided no design work has begun.
    – If a free domain was included in your hosting package, the cost of the domain will be deducted from any refund.

    Domain Registrations and Renewals

    Domains are subject to registrar policies and are typically non-refundable after registration.

    Custom Work and Additional Services

    Refunds for custom services (e.g., additional pages, advanced functionality) are not provided once work has begun.

  • What if I cancel my hosting and maintenance plan?

    You may cancel your plan at any time by contacting us via email. However, please note that cancellations do not qualify for a refund. Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period, whether you are on a monthly or yearly plan.

    Once your plan expires, your website will be taken offline. As part of the cancellation process, we will provide you with a backup file of your WordPress website, along with the associated login credentials. After this, you will be responsible for managing the website on your own as we part ways.

  • Can I get more pages and/or products?

    Additional Pages and Products

    Yes, of course! Additional pages and products can be added to your package, but they will incur an extra charge based on the amount of content, styling, and overall effort required.

    For Additional Pages:

    – A page requiring 30–60 minutes of work costs $50.
    – A page requiring 90–120 minutes costs $100.
    – A page requiring 150–180 minutes costs $200.

    For Additional Products:

    – Basic Products (title, description, image, price): $10 each.
    – Standard Products (with variations or multiple images): $15 each.
    – Advanced Products (complex setups or integrations): $20+ each.
    – Bulk Discounts: For 10+ products, pricing starts at $8/product.
